I am nasty

The concept is the brainchild of several people who believe in the power of borderless empathy. Philippe Wolf has dedicated his working life to spreading awareness of Amnesty International and spends every free moment exploring the world of music. Attracted by non-mainstream production from the underbelly of the industry, he realised that both worlds shared a collective emotion: unity.

I Am Nasty is his way of translating this collective basis into positive action, by donating all income to Amnesty International. This requires a thorough knowledge of the ‘scene’, a calm demeanour and blind faith but has turned out to be very much worth it. I Am Nasty is looking forward to its fourth edition and remains true to the original, non-profit idea thanks to a warm welcome and helping hands provided by all involved. Every edition gets bigger and better and ever more local and foreign artists are making a contribution to promoting worldwide human rights.
